What is Script2u?
Script2u is the medication delivery service that we use to send medication to your door.
You can upload, store, and manage all prescriptions in your Script2u account, access scripts at any time, and order online for convenience.
If you have received any scripts from us, you likely already have an account and can sign in here.
How does Script2u work?
If you received a prescription through your appointments at any of our clinics (My Weight Loss Clinic, My Telehealth Clinic, or My Clinic) you would have had a Script2u account created with your email address used for your appointment.
If you have an account already/are an existing patient:
As soon as your practitioner prescribes a new prescription you receive an SMS with a link to your script, which takes you to a Script2u order page.
- Progress through the order page to get your prescription fulfilled and medication delivered, OR
- Scroll down to access your QR code and go to the pharmacy to dispense your medication
- OR login to your account at any time to access and come back to your scripts
If you don’t have an account yet/are a new patient:
As soon as your practitioner prescribes a prescription, you have an account created on your behalf, and you receive an SMS with a link to your prescription.
You will also receive an email to finish setting up your account. Once you have done so;
- Progress through the order page to get your prescription fulfilled and medication delivered, OR
- Scroll down to access your QR code and go to the pharmacy to dispense your medication
- OR login to your account at any time to access and come back to your scripts
How to access Repeat Prescriptions?
How you access repeats depends on how you fulfilled the original prescription. See below:
If you took your QR code to a pharmacy for the original prescription:
- That specific pharmacy now retains your repeats, the repeat is no longer accessible in your Script2u account
- Return to that pharmacy (has the repeat on file) to fulfill it
- Note: pharmacies should be issuing repeats to you upon fulfilling original script
If you ordered online via Script2u:
- Your repeats are accessible in your account on your homepage
- You can login to view all your active prescriptions and repeat order online
Trouble Receiving Prescription SMS:
All prescriptions:
- Are sent as an SMS
- Are automatically uploaded to your script2u account
Prescription SMS can sometimes go into your spam folder in your messages – to check:
If you are using an iPhone:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Apps > Messages
- Scroll down to “Message Filtering” > Turn this ON
- Go to your Messages app
- At the top you will see “Filters” > Click on this
- Click on “Unknown Senders” to check if the script went in there
If you are using an Android:
- Open your Messages App
- Click on the 3 dots or profile icon
- Click on “Spam & Blocked”
- Check if the script SMS is in there
Login to your Script2u account WITH the email address used to book your appointment:
- All scripts are automatically in your account, login to access
- If you are unsure of your password use the “forgot password” feature
Prescription says Already Dispensed OR Uploaded to Another Account:
If you see any of these messages when trying to upload a script, access a QR code, or fulfill a script this means:
Already Dispensed:
- You are using an OLD prescription link, ensure you are accessing the most up to date script/SMS
- You are trying to access the original prescription link to access repeats (you get a new one each time they are not the same)
- On rarer occasions if you take the prescription code to a pharmacy, they scan it but don’t have the stock, once scanned it is marked as dispensed – please contact us for assistance
Uploaded to Another Account:
This generally happens when you have TWO Script2u accounts.
This can happen when:
- You created an account under X email address
- You then booked an appointment with one of our clinics under Y email address (different email), received a script, and a new account was made for you
- The prescription then lies in the new account under your appointment booking email
